Our primary goal is to support our clients’ engineering teams in the design of pipework that is conducive to lining. We recommend involving us in this process as early as possible to ensure optimal results.
Our team offers engineering assistance for the design of shop prefabricated pipe systems with FBE coating, Cement Lining, Rubber Lining or Glass Flake lined systems. Implementing a well-considered design can significantly reduce the overall system costs and prevent the need for rework. We provide our clients with expert advice regarding prefabricated lined or coated pipe systems.
Utilizing a CAD system, we develop both general arrangement drawings and detailed pipe spool fabrication drawings. Our design process prioritizes high quality and integrity, aiming for a system that minimizes costs throughout fabrication and installation, while also ensuring the feasibility of applying the specified linings and coatings.
The design and construction of our pipework adhere to international design codes. For the prefabrication of pipe spools, we utilize the following welding techniques: SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) & GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding).
