Coated Flanges

Heatman Products offers a range of high-quality Coated Flanges.

 To effectively protect flanges from corrosion and harmful chemicals, we recommend utilizing coatings such as fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), PP, or PE. The coating is achieved through the application of a thin film of epoxy-resin powder using an electrostatic spraying method.

 These coatings are suitable for use in dry environments at temperatures reaching up to 85 degrees Celsius. Our FBE coating process adheres to AWWA C213 standards.
